Women's Health 2040 collects the following data:

Membership Data: First name, last name, email, gender (optional), age, student/professional status, company/university (optional), role/title/field of study, and city of residence.

Event Attendance Data: We may collect different data for various events. Typically, we ask for your name, email, occupation, and any allergies.

Partner Data: The names and roles of contacts at our partners, their business emails, and their business phone numbers.

Speaker Data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, biographies, images, and occupation of speakers at our events.

Data you provide when registering for our main conference or other events may be handled by third parties for ticketing or registration purposes, which you will be required to consent to at the time of registration.

Speaker and Content Data will be publicly posted on our website and branded channels, some of which are third-party service providers like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Who has access to your data?

Chosen representatives of Women's Health 2040 can access and manage your personal data through our membership registry.

Communication and marketing

If you are a member, we will send you information via email about our events, news, and services, as well as those of our partners, that we believe may be of interest to you. You can always opt out, but doing so means we cannot contact you with information regarding your membership.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please opt out through a received email. Opting out of marketing emails does not end your membership.
